What We Do
Welcome to The Wow Flower Project, where we WOW children and empower families, to embrace the art of gardening and sustainable farming. Our hands-on agricultural classes are designed to inspire and educate participants about the transformative power of growing their own food. Through practical training, we teach essential skills such as, understanding soil health and fostering a deeper connection with the land and mother nature.
However, Our program promotes healthy living and green activism, equipping individuals with the tools they need to manage stress, anxiety, and make nutritious choices. In addition WOW focuses on youth, to nurture the future generation to be healthier individuals who are resilient and confident in their ability to create positive change in their lives and communities.
On the other hand, at The Wow Flower Project, we believe that growing food is just the beginning. Overall, We’re dedicated to cultivating confidence, promoting personal growth, and fostering a strong sense of mental health and wellness among all our participants. So, Join us in this journey toward empowerment as we plant seeds for future harvest.
Furthermore we offer wellness classes designed to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Overall these classes will provide participants with valuable tools and techniques to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a balanced lifestyle.
Additionally, Our wellness workshops and classes may include mindfulness, meditation, fitness, and nutrition education. Ultimately, these workshops will help kids take care of their health and build healthy habits that last.
Altogether, We have created a supportive, inclusive environment while helping participants strengthen their mind-body connection and foster a sense of inner peace and well-being carried into all aspects of their lives.

6th Annual Black Maternal Health Brunch!
Overall, this uplifting gathering brings together community members, healthcare professionals, advocates, and families for an afternoon of connection, education, and celebration.
During the event, guests will enjoy a nourishing brunch, inspiring speakers, and interactive discussions that ultimately focus on improving Black maternal health outcomes and ensuring that every birth story is met with dignity and support. We will also be featuring our pregnant mamas in community and showing them some love.
Donations & Vendors
We are seeking donations and vendor participation in order to make this year’s event our best yet. Moreover, your support will help ensure every child leaves inspired, supported, and equipped with tools to keep learning all year. If you are interested in tabling at the event, please complete Registration Form by December 2nd. As we mark five years of advocacy, let’s also celebrate our progress and continue building a future where Black mothers and babies thrive!

I had an amazing time at the Wellness Wednesday event this week making herbal bath salts and candles with natural flowers. After we did yoga, it was my first time and I totally had to hold back the tears from the spiritual awakening that was present. I truly can’t say enough about the experience what it does for our community and the knowledge I received. Met great people and will definitely be a part of as many events as possible and will bring my children along any chance I get.
